Lengthy process including numerical reasoning test, SJT, and then a 1 way interview before finally an assessment centre. The one way interview is pre recorded and timed. From memory the SJT and reasoning is not timed.

The interview went quite smoothly as the questions were not very difficult. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the HR representative was also kind and approachable.
Assessment centre consisted of interview, group task, individual case study and diary entry task. the assessors were friendly and nice to talk to. make sure you prepare well and give answers in STAR format
