It went really well! Common questions included those related to teamwork, motivation to join RSM, what to do under stressful situations etc. The interviewer was very kind and we had a lovely conversation.

Video interview includes several questions relating to your skills, competencies, values etc.
Assessment centre includes group and individual tasks. Final interview is on the same day.

1 Cv, 2 numerical test (Gcse level) percentage changes and currency conversion etc it's not bad. 3 job simulation with some video interview parts. Practice online. If they email says it needs to be completed in 14 days, do it as fast as possible. Its a first come, first serve basis

Online assessment, questions to answer on video, interview. The interview is fairly relaxed. The online assessment was not timed. Fairly standard interview questions and they want you to use examples of things you have done rather than just what you would do in situations
