2- step process, very professional. Interviewed with two different people, both very nice and professional, but also straightforward. Then the company took out all the candidates to lunch. Was a nice gesture.

Very casual, asked a lot of questions about the company and why you wanted to join them. Not that difficult, not much prep needed as long as you are well-spoken and can convey your ideas in a clear and meaningful way
