Had an extremely extensive 'teams' interview with a young fresh graduate who'd just started at RSM. It was complete overkill for an entry-level job. I have a lot of ISO experience in auditory compliance in shipping. I have a lot of customer service experience and bespoke software experience.
I thought the process would be relatively simple and a second process interview would occur at the office. I was wrong. I mentioned that I don't have a degree at the end as it was very expensive when I was at school. I did not read a degree was stipulated in the advert. I read about diversity on the website and as as a neurodiverse person I thought it would be a good place to work at.
How wrong was I.
The rejection e-mail was very basic. Absolutely 0 information on competencies performed. Really not how to deal with a client after a lengthy online video meeting.
What made me laugh was 'The Power Of Being Understood' is on their footer. Yet they struggle with neurodiversity. Ironic.
