It was pretty easy. I had to write a short report on Brexit and explain how my experience was while doing the research the I was asked 7 questions. two people interviewed me. They simply want to know how your previous experience at work was.

It started with a group task then followed with individual tasks and then a strengths based interview. Took some time but had breaks and time to think about the next tasks.

I applied on their website. Initially, I did a large test that was a combination of Situational Judgement and Numerical/Data Reasoning. Then I did a Job Simulation, answering a few Qs to the camera. Finally a 1hr Assessment Centre with 2 interviewers with a preAC task to complete.
