I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RSM (Denver, CO) in Oct 2019
Interview
After emailing the recruiter I talked with at the career fair, we set up a time for me to come over to the office. Many others showed up and they gave us a tour of the place. Then they assigned each of us to a room and started us to a skills test about coding, primarily about OOP and SQL. Interviewers then came into the room one by one every 30 minutes. After talking to about 5 interviewers, they brought us into the conference room where they fed us and gave a presentation about the company and role. Note, this was a new process they were trying.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What does OOP stand for and what are the four basic concepts?
Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. I would not advise spending all night studying. Background research and studying always helps for all interviews. The interview is composed of mostly behavioral questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RSM (Boston, MA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Two- thirty minute interviews. First interview is mostly getting to know you, second interview they ask questions about why RSM. The interview process is not very hard and the interviewer makes you feel comfortable
It was pretty causal. Two thirty minute interviews and the people were very friendly. One of my interviewers were a man and the other a woman, so nice to see different perspectives.
