RSA Security has a more rigorous interview process than the parent company EMC. My total interview process took 39 days and consisted of multiple phone and in-person interviews. The entire process is pretty intense but it gives you a real sense they are looking for the right candidate. Just take it one interview at a time and give honest answers.
There was also a technical interview with one of my current peers which wasn't too bad. The 6-week boot camp for Associate Technology Consultants is pretty extensive training so they aren't looking for security experts, but rather candidates that are comfortable with IT and technology in general. Detailed networking knowledge (CCNA level) is highly desirable. Culture is expectation of high-performance and the big focus for ATC / TCs is to get the technical win on deals. Most critical is the relationship with your manager which was a pretty good experience for me overall except for one incident a few months ago where my manager didn't "cover my back" like I expect and have gotten from managers in the past. The trust relationship is better now but tread with caution in the first few months on the job.
