Interview
The interview process was surprisingly informal. I was referred for the role and only had one interview with the hiring manager. The meeting was mainly focused on the hiring manager presenting the company, team, and role. No questions were asked about my background, experience, or suitability for the position, and there was no detailed assessment of my skills or capabilities.
The process was quick and straightforward, and I received an offer shortly after the interview. While the experience was efficient, I was surprised by the limited evaluation given the importance of the role.

Interview
Multiple phone interviews with managers and those currently in the role. Flew to Boston for the final interview with manager, inside sales and VP. After a poor experience with the recruiter and VP I chose to decline the offer. After many months of inquiry they have not reimbursed for travel expenses that were listed as acceptable and approved. Overall poor experience
