Interview
Took several weeks to get the phone interview. The questions are pretty basic and average-level. I was too nervous and the HR person probably noticed that. And I didn't get to next round.

Tell me about yourself. Why RPA? Tell me one campaign you like.
Good interview chats. Was some scheduling mishaps that occurred but otherwise easy going and interesting regular interview style conversations. There was a video required, and I believe 3 rounds of interviews after.
Recruitment is definitely a long process. Applied end of May or beginning of June, phone screening in July, final round in August. However, recruiters are amazing and supportive, and no one is ever trying to trick you!

It was straightforward. Had to answer prompts. Went through a phone screening with a recruiter who was super nice and I felt comfortable talking to them. The recruiter let me know the steps and the interview process was very transparent.
