Round 1 : HR interview - behavioral questions which included, tell me about yourself, and your strengths and weaknesses. Round 2 : Team interview - Understood more about the team and the people I would be working with.

Very rigorous, they needed to get a clear understanding of each candidate. Must prove some bit of experience by stating how they would approach someone for a general pitch, what they think is the most important thing when speaking to a prospecting client. Also why they think they can manage the project no matter the challenges and what drives them to perform this kind of work.
