Interview
The first interview was over the phone and to measure my English level
The second interview was quite weird. Was professional and personal with the CFO, I think. She asked a lot of personal questions and very few professional questions.
The last interview was with the president of the company. Again it was more personal than professional.
They care more about how would you fit into the culture than the professionalism you could have.
