The experience was long and not worth it. First, there's a phone interview. Mine lasted 30 minutes, and the questions were pretty similar to ones you'd get in any job interview. Next, there was the testing. I'd taken an IQ test before, so I did pretty well, but then there was a personality test, typing test, and grammar test. Next, I got called for an in-person interview with HR and the marketing team. The interview was intimidating and I felt as though they already knew they weren't going to hire me as they asked every question. They tried to trick me into saying I wasn't right for the job, and they were extremely standoffish. The office was almost empty every time I came in, which was bizarre and confusing, as they tout their company as being extremely hard-working and engaging, but there weren't any employees at desks or even in the office at all. I think using an IQ test and personality test is extremely unnecessary and doesn't test the abilities of a future employee in the way I think they should. I've scored poorly on the first IQ tests I've taken, but better once I understood how they worked. What if they pass over a great employee because it's their first time taking one? Just don't understand that.
