I applied online. I interviewed at ROI Revolution in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was entirely remote. I applied through Indeed.com and received an email response requesting a phone interview.
I spoke with the Corporate Recruiter first for 45 minutes where we talked mostly about my background and what I was looking for in this position. One thing that was really great was it genuinely felt like they wanted to have a conversation about being a good fit for the responsibilities rather than going through a checklist.
A few days after the phone call, I had a video interview with the same Corporate Recruiter, the Service Lead, and the Hiring Manager. That interview lasted one hour and got a lot more into the specifics of the role as well as the specifics of my experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and it made the interview feel natural and conversational.
The next day, I had one more short video interview with the Corporate Recruiter and Hiring manager which gave an opportunity for me to ask all my questions. Later that day I received an email offer for this position which they gave me the weekend to consider, and I accepted!

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2021
Interview
The hiring process was similar to most. Had an initial phone interview with an HR representative to express what it is ROI does and the responsibilities of the position, also to make sure I would be a good fit. It felt really natural. India really made the process feel comfortable and helped demonstrate the culture to expect from ROI.
The next step was a panel I interview with two supervisors and HR. It was a great process that allowed an individual to engage and ask questions, not just one way. Everyone was really welcoming and seemed to be genuinely interested in getting to know me.
The final step was a short follow up after giving them professional references while waiting to hear back on their decision.
Throughout the whole process, it was truly a captivating company. Everyone seemed to be be as helpful as they could even with their busy schedule, and updated me regularly on the process. I can not be more excited to be joining the team.
I’m happy to hear that you had a positive candidate experience. Our team recognizes that interviewing for a new job can be challenging. We make a conscious effort to ensure that everyone feels personally cared for and respected, while getting to learn about us as much as we’re getting to learn about you.
Thank you for sharing and we look forward to having you join the team!
Best,
Rae
