The interview process consisted of two in-depth technical rounds, each lasting over an hour, followed by a managerial and HR round. The discussions were detailed and engaging, and the interviewers gave the impression that things were progressing positively.
However, after the final round, there was no communication from the company for nearly three weeks, despite multiple follow-up emails. Eventually, I received a rejection email, but only in response to my own follow-up — not initiated by them.
While the interview experience itself was rigorous and professional, the lack of timely communication and closure was disappointing. I believe the overall candidate experience would greatly benefit from more transparent and consistent post-interview communication.
