Interview
There wasn’t one. I got a phone call asking if I could come in for orientation in two days...
So I went, the day involved a lift test and hours of stupid paperwork that they don’t discuss fully.
This lead to confusion with pay later down the road and too many phone calls and emails to sort it out.
We did a basic driving test in the ambulance and called it a day. Overall it took two days.

Interview
There was no interview. Company is struggling in the employee retention part and can’t find enough employees to stay.. this rang immediate warning bells in my head. I’ve read these reviews and wish I never even sent my resume. Waste on my time.
