Scheduled interviews always changed dates, unprepared interviewers, but kept mentioning great salary expectations on the table. Easy questions, nothing truly challenging.
Spontaneous sort of recruitment, VP's were chatting on the blackberry between questions, without listening to answers.
Postponed the "official offer meeting" date three times. VPs lied about the true financial and operational situation of the company.
