RMI Program Assistant interview questions

First contact was with a recruiter for a 15- to 20-minute phone screen, which was typical. This was followed by a take-home assignment where I was asked to draft two emails in response to different situations, which took roughly two hours to complete. Next, I had a 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager and another team member, which was comprised of basic behavioral questions.
