Interview
Interview was with the CEO of the company. Waited for 1 hour in front of the receptionist.
Finally met the CEO, he did the standard interview process and handed me a paper with some logical questions and test material. He called me the next day for practical stuff.
Came the next day at around 3:00 pm and he kept me there for about 4 hours doing some of his work for free. I did some schematic design and he micromanaged me every single step of the way. He also went over to some of the other workers there and told them how they messed up some of the work. His micro management was unjustified and his computer folder management was garbage. He trashed on the past engineers and halfway through the interview I realized I will not work for this guy in my next 10 lifetimes, let alone for a few months.
I felt bad for the others working there, this CEO is smart but very dellusional.

What made you passionate about hardware engineering?
I was told to do actual work for 4 hours where the CEO hovered around me and micro-managed and criticized my work. Also he kept berating the pervious engineers that worked there, left a super bad impression of what kind of work environment this would be. Would have backed out of a job offer even if I was given one. Avoid this place like the plague.
