We appreciate the feedback and will do a better job making sure our responses are consistent. We had some transitioning within our recruiting structure and I believe the reason for the denial was not effectively communicated internally and to you. We have re-aligned our recruiting department and hope to do a better job communicating. The background check process takes time and, unfortunately, leads to some excellent candidates not fitting the position -- we work for agencies such as the Department of Defense, that require clearances. Not everybody is able to get cleared, for a variety of reasons. Thank you for your feedback as it will help us improve our recruiting processes.
