Interview
I applied and got a text stating to come in for an interview. Got there and took an assessment that was very easy. There are 25 questions have to meet 21/25 in order to proceed with and interview. They asked you several behavioral questions and a little bit about yourself. I felt super comfortable and they offered me the job on the spot. They have me a paper giving me the next steps for background check once that was submitted they emailed me an offer letter.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RH (West Jefferson, OH) in May 2012
Interview
Interviewed one on one and then another person joined in. Very detailed and centered around their Core Values. The interview was somewhat lengthy as they did really seem to care about hiring someone to represent their values.
