RGI Events interview questions

I went in and the vibe felt off. The manager was rude and I didn’t like the treatment. They said they would let me know if I had another interview and never heard back from them.

First round in person interview with founder. She was rude from the moment her assistant led me to her office. She didn't address me, didn't shake my hand or even look at me when I said hello. There were red flags throughout the interview process but the biggest one came when I asked about what she does to promote a healthy work environment. Her reply was - "I don't know how to answer that." Second round phone interview with her assistant.
