Short and ask about your sense of fashion. Everybody was friendly and was easy to talk to. Just be prepared for your art test and your portfolio. Just talk to them like a normal person. They are trying to figure out if you are the right peron for their team.
I had 3 interviews. The first with the recruiter, second with the head of design and 3rd with the team I was interviewing for. They made me do a giant project with multiple flat sketches, tech pack, construction page, and trend research.

Hiring Mixer. Fun. Different. Diverse. The Mixer was held at the REVOLVE Social Club. There were many different girls. Of course, everyone wants to work at REVOLVE, but it was nice to meet your competition. First, you met with the actual recruiter, then were sent to speak to the actual designers.
