I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at REV UP Brands (Niles, IL) in Apr 2018
Interview
I only found out about this job opening through a personal connection I had from being in the dance industry for twenty years. I originally interviewed for an Off-Site Sales Representative position that was a 6-month contract. After my interview, they also extended the option of applying to the Key Account Manager position.
My interview consisted of a 2 video interviews with the VP of Sales and Marketing, a phone call with the Manager of Customer Service, followed by a video interview with a consultant with whom I would have been working closely with should I have gotten the job.
The position I applied to was brand new and no one had ever held that position in this capacity before. It was clear that Revolution is willing to invest in good talent and people who bring energy to the table. I was living across the country at the time so Revolution flew me out to the Niles office prior to me accepting the offer so we could make sure it would be a good fit. They certainly do not do this for every role at the organization, but they do really try to find passionate people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was pretty conversational, it did not feel like they were testing me or trying to trick me at all. We basically just ran through my resume and they asked me why I thought I would be the best choice for the role.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at REV UP Brands (Niles, IL) in May 2019
Interview
The interview of Revolution Dancewear was briefly and friendly, I didn't feel any nervous or uncomfortable during the whole process.
All the recruiters were very lovely and approachable. We agreed with each other on the business issue problems and how to convey those problems into the technical task.
After like one week, they offered me the opportunity. However, I couldn't make it in summer due to my graduate process. So, I have to decline the offer.
