I recently went through a two- to three-step interview process. The first interview was conducted online, and the second took place at their headquarters in Beverly Hills. Throughout the process, I was impressed by how kind and welcoming the staff were—the environment felt very supportive and professional. One thing to note, though, is that the offered pay range was lower than expected. For a company that positions itself as a leader in optometry research, I was hoping for compensation that better reflects the cost of living and the value of the work being done. Overall, it was a positive experience, just something to keep in mind for anyone considering applying.
