Dear applicant,
we are sorry to read that you had a negative experience in the interview, this is certainly not our goal. As we’re always aiming for a transparent communication, we communicate all further steps in the first interview which is led by Talent Acquisition (HR). This process can of course change a little bit on the way due to some circumstances and we’re always trying to communicate this with our candidates the best we can. We’re of course sorry to hear that our process wasn’t transparent enough for you and we couldn’t meet your expectations of an ambitious and autonomous workplace.
