I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RDT (West Malling, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Met with HR talent team, then technical interview and hiring manager and finally head of HR interview. I didn’t get the role as they preferred to give it to someone applying for a junior candidate position and was a waste of my time. Interview process wasn’t difficult, although the HR interview will raise some eyebrows in that they admit the leadership can be passionate with their words on the floor and that they only utilise apprentices for dev teams. I think this is a way to pay the minimum for staff. I probably lucked in not getting the job.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RDT (West Malling, England) in Apr 2020
Interview
Written test process very fiddly and not so streamlined with limited time to complete it. If this could be better then rest of the interview process is not much of a hassle.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RDT (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Invited to their centre just outside London.
First a tour around the facility, explaining the work done, some of the products and the teams.
Then a 1to1 interview, not technical but with some questions of the type "what would you do if..", nothing to be scared about.
