I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RCM Restoration (Fayetteville, GA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The initial interview was done by Taryn Ford-Durr. She asked me standards interview questions: how would I be a good fit for the job? What do I want from this position? What are my career goals? What is my expected salary range? How would my experiences and skills help with this job? What is my weakness?
If you pass the background check, you get called back for a second interview with the owner: Mr.Durr. This interview was an eye opener for what they really wanted. Mrs. Durr primarily talked about the standard tasks an Office Assistant performs. Mr. Durr told me that this position was primarily about Collections. Their clients have 30 to 45 days to pay RCM for their services. You have to be willing to put people in jail for not paying their fees. You have to meet with the client at an agreed upon place and time if they are able to make a payment. Standard office times are 8 am to 4:30 pm, BUT the client can set a time for 7 and you would have to go.

Question 1
As stated earlier:
What are my career goals? How would I be a good fit for the job? What is my weakness? What is my strength? How would I deal with clients who are lying to me or being belligerent?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RCM Restoration (Fayetteville, GA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was average and direct. The interview was a two part process. The Office Manager and CEO knew exactly what they were looking for. The questions were not hard at all.
