I applied through a family friend, got a call from a woman in HR that asked basic questions such as Why the music industry? 3 favorite bands?
Then the woman set up a time for an in-person interview. I met with her and then she sent me to meet with a woman in the department i was interested in and it was a very casual conversation/interview. I got a call later that day.

Interview
After completing the online hirevue I was approached to complete a zoom interview with the team. This interview was to learn more about the role, and was basically a vibe check. It should be pretty easy if you can talk about yourself and your experiences!

Had a very brief 15 minute interview in-person at their office with my supervisor, we talked more about the position itself than my previous experience or skill set, I was offered position on the spot.
