      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at RBC Worldwide

Questions were more focused on your experiences and how you would behaved in specific situations. The focus is more on your emotional quotient as opposed to IQ. Also they include questions such as the Bank's ethics and guiding principles. Therefore advice to applicants to research the organization before interview. For example - are you aware what the organization is doing as a good corporate citizen
