The interview process was quite lengthy, but everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I went through four interview rounds; unfortunately, the position was ultimately put on hold. The hiring manager made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. There was some preparatory study and practical work required to advance to the next round, but nothing overly difficult for someone with experience in business development and sales.

They requested a case study or that you look for potential new clients in the region that you are going to manage. Analize potential pain points and how can RRD become a trusted advisor for that company, what services could be offered....etc
