Interview
Super easy and to-the-point onboarding process, takes about 10-15 minutes in total to fill out all skills/attire/job preferences & for barista/bartending/serving/ and banquet captain jobs they refer you to the virtual interview process where u can schedule it at your convenience. Usually they have times available right away, spaced about 30 mins apart, so there’s no long waiting list but you also don’t have to jump on a video interview the second u sign up either - which is nice. When it’s time for your interview, you sign on to the video thru the app & then a qwick interviewer joins the video and basically just asks about your certifications/work history/experience/ and some basic knowledge questions, maybe 5-7 in total. For example, for bartending/barista/waitress/banquet captain I was asked how many oz’s a typical shot was, if I had current OSHA or Servesafe food handlers cards/a liquor license, if I knew what a BOF was, and how long I worked as a bartender/server/banquet captain.

Interview
This is definitely a scam!! Don’t bother!! I was supposed to be attending an orientation not an interview. I had already input my information into there application. The person who appeared during the orientation talked me through the exact same questions and then terminated the chat saying I wasn’t a fit? With 12+ years of experience!

Once you download the app, you just need to set up your profile and upload the required documents like your food handler’s card. After set up, you sign up for a quick 10-minute “orientation” which is actually a quick interview. The person who interviewed me was Hannah. She asked me about my most recent F&B experience. Then let me know she’d be sending her notes to HQ. Within the hour, I received a note saying I didn’t move forward. Note: if you don’t have any F&B experience from within the past 3 years, don’t bother applying.
