Interview
An excessive amount of interviews with the current employees, followed by repeated unnecessary interactions and follow-ups with the recruiter at unorthodox and late hours of the day. All the urgency in the world on their end to move things along, to later be completely ghosted after months of back and forth. Completely unprofessional.
