I had the opportunity to interview with the Executive Board (panel of 4), after initial phone calls with both the recruiter and the EVP of Sales. They were seeking someone focused on creating their own success, while fitting the mold of their culture. If you have the opportunity to meet with them, don't come prepared with "fluff" answers...they're wise enough to see through it. They want to know that you have the skills to self-motivate, get-it-done, and not require a mold or be spoon-fed to be successful. They want you to justify the investment they are willing to make in you and your future. AND MOST OF ALL...They want you to have taken the time to understand who they are before, before you walk through these doors.
