Had the audacity to ask me how I contribute to diversity on the team as a poc when they had ZERO people of color on the team.
They kept trying to ask me specific questions about the company I was working for. I suspect that I was interviewed so product could get information. When I said I was going to use an example from another non-related category I’ve worked on, they got really angry and kept pushing for information about a specific product I was currently working on. It felt like it was an information finding situation vs them actually having an open position.
