      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at QuyTech (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2026

      Interview

      I completed an initial screening round with HR and was subsequently invited for an in-person interview at the Gurugram office. The final round was conducted by HR, the hiring manager, and another manager. At the conclusion of the discussion, I was verbally informed that I had been selected and that an offer letter would be issued shortly. Based on this confirmation, I took leave from my current responsibilities and attended the office in good faith. Despite repeated follow-ups through calls and messages, no offer letter was issued and no formal communication was provided regarding the status of my candidature. Verbal confirmation of selection followed by complete absence of communication reflects a lack of process accountability and recruitment governance. Candidates allocate professional time and resources based on such confirmations, and the absence of written follow-up raises concerns regarding transparency and internal coordination. I would strongly encourage the organization to implement structured communication protocols to maintain professional standards within its hiring process.
