First round was a take-home assignment before any type of human contact. Then a phone interview with a technical lead. Phone interview was mostly background questions, a little discussion of the assignment too. Polite and friendly. Despite my assignment passing all tests and being well-organized/commented, rejected after phone call. Really don't appreciate being sent a 3+ hour project before I even speak to a human being and then being rejected with no feedback after doing well on the assignment and friendly on the phone.
