      Call Center Representative Interview

      16 Jul 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Quotewizard.com (Seattle, WA)

      Interview

Recruiter interview lasted about 20 minutes. If you move forward, you meet with the training manager for a Zoom interview. I believe they are looking for answers that show that you have the ability to read scripts, listen to the process and don't attempt to go off script. It is a robotic job and it does not pay the commission they advertise. If there is an opening and there aren't many, you must work every Saturday and 1 to 2 extra hours per week in order to make more than $17/hr.

      Question 1

What do you do when you feel discouraged.
