I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Quorum in Oct 2021
Interview
First phone screening was very friendly and laid out the process.
The technical interview portion followed and was extremely awkward. The interviewer only seemed to care about the LeetCode answer and not about much else. When I tried to follow up about the company, culture, etc. the interviewer more-or-less hung up on me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quorum in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process took a long time. It all started with a phone interview with HR, followed by another with an intern. Then there's their three-hour virtual interview, which is comprised of three separate interviews. The interview began with a medium-level LeetCode question. The second interview asked you to design the system that powers an Instagram user feed. The engineering manager was the final interview for the position. My LeetCode skills weren't up to par, so I was invited back for another LeetCode interview after work hours.

How would you describe excellent code?
Started with a recruiter chat that lasted about 30 mins. Super friendly and encouraging conversation to get to know the candidate a little better.
Then, I had a coderpad coding interview with a developer. about a week later. After I was done coding, we had a good conversation to get to know more about Quorum.
Finally, I had what was called the Quorum virtual experience which was the last interview with 4 different people. This consisted of an algorithm question, one design question, a coding project, and also a casual chat to showcase their products.
The whole process took around a month. Very friendly and very prompt in their replies regarding next steps.
Definitely challenging at times, but fun process and friendly people.
