The interview process felt slow and somewhat drawn out. Initially, a very friendly recruiter reached out, setting the stage. Following this, a series of individual interviews spaced a day apart, including conversations with the hiring manager, team lead, VP, and four engineers.
The interviews were primarily unscripted and conversational, though they included several technical questions.
After completing the 8 rounds of interview , I was informed that a decision would be based on the teams feedback on these sessions. A month after my final interview, although I was very excited and almost sure I was getting the job, upon following up, I learned that they were continuing their search for the right candidate.
