I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at QuikTrip (Tulsa, OK) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied on a Saturday and got a call back the following Monday asking to come in to take a test and a possible interview. They show a 3-4 minute video before the math test and it tell what QT is all about and what they expect from their employees. The math test is 15 questions give or take and it's all word problem based. For example a customer purchases $20.00 in gas and $8.63 in merchandise and they give you a $50 bill, give the correct change with the least about of bills and coins. After the math test if you pass you wait for the interviewer and once they come in they call your name and take you back to do the interview. It's a very comforting environment considering it's a one on one interview. It's more of a conversation than an interview. They want to know how far you are willing to travel to work and how much time off you'd need in the next 6 months. After the interview which lasts about 15-20 mins they will hand you a paper and it thanks you for the interview and it says that if you've gotten the job they'll call you within 14 days and if you didn't get the job you'd get a letter in the mail. And on that piece of paper they hand you it comes with a free fountain drink/hot drink coupon. I got a call back 3 days after the interview and said I got the job and that orientation is the next Monday! So in all its a 2 week process at the most but for me it was about a week to know!

It was pretty relaxed, with basic questions about why you would want to work there, what you're involved in, and personality-based questions. Very doable to get the job if you show effort.
