Interview
Recruiter called me and answered a few questions about jobs I had before and a lot about customer service. Next I had an interview with the manager where the questions were a little tougher. I received an offer a few days later. I also had to take a test online.
After applying on line there was an on the phone interview, a qualifying examination and then online interview, lastly there was an in person with the field service supervisor in Fort Myers, FL until a final decision was made.

Interview
Basic phone screen with someone asking scripted questions. The individual did not seem interested in me and just read the script. After the phone call, I had to complete an online psychological/behavioral questionnaire. I had over 6 years of experience in this field. Then, poof, no word back. I'd avoid this company.
