      Software Engineer Interview

      1 Jun 2019
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qudini (London, England) in May 2019

      Interview

Phone interview, followed by half a day on-site interview consisting of coding exercise, theoretical questions and open-end 'what would you do in case of' questions. Very friendly atmosphere, approachable and knowledgeable interlocutors. No one tried to prove they know more than me and it felt like we spend the time learning about each other as much as learning from each other.

      Software Developer Interview

      15 May 2019
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qudini (London, England) in Apr 2019

      Interview

I was approached by head of talent on LinkedIn, then had a quick phone conversation to discuss what I was looking for in my future role and reasons why I'm wanting to move on. I was also told more about the company here. A technical interview followed a few days later, that lasted approximately 30 minutes where current and past projects and experiences were discussed in detail as well as where the company is currently (technical standpoint), few technical questions were asked which were simple enough to answer. The final stage consists of a 2 and half hour face to face interview at their London office. First 30 minutes is with the head of talent where more competency based questions are asked. Followed by an hour long technical coding exercise with two senior developers, the exercise is very simple, they mainly try to get a feel of how you structure code and thinking process. The final hour is a technical conversation about past experiences and consists of various technical questions around what I did in my current and previous roles. The interview process as a whole is very quick and streamlined with a final response coming back within 2 days after the final round.
