Informal technical interview (15-45mins) followed by a formal on-site interview (1-2hrs) that was more behavioural and had some general problem-solving questions about the drone. E.g., how would you go about debugging an issue with the radio component?

Applied for Linux software engineer. Teams Invite showed for 2 people + hr. Instead 4+ team members with hr were present. It looked like no one wanted to be there. Made for an uncomfortable setting. To be fair the question was easy , but was caught off guard since I expected application level questions more inline with the job description. Felt under pressure and bombed.
