Quantum Residential interview questions

Got a call to come in for an interview with in a week of applying, and next day offered me the full time job. The interviewer looked stressed and unorganised. Did not ask any important questions, it seemed that she did not value having anyone specific, as long as they seemed normal enough to do the job.
