3 step process: `1) first step is a call with a hiring manager to see if you are a good fit in terms of personality, 2) second step is 1-hour long interview with technical team to prove your knowledge, 3) last step is a call with CEO to get to know you

It took around 3 weeks to finish the whole process. 1st round is phone screen, then ask you do some assignments. Finally you need to do an onsite interview with their managers or founders.
