The interview process is rigorous—six interviews in total—but it's necessary because if you can't handle it, you won't be able to handle the role. It's not just being friendly to customers and presenting things, so be prepared to be tested on your analytics abilities, they're more important than you think to the position. Also, make sure you read and follow the instructions as they're provided on most of the exercises.

The interview process was well-structured and engaging, involving multiple rounds with various members of the consulting leadership team. Each stage was thoughtfully designed, requiring preparation and showcasing the company’s emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills. Starting with a refreshing and insightful conversation with the recruiter, I progressed to preparing an analysis for the Consultancy Services Manager, followed by a consultancy-style presentation for the Senior Director. The VP of Consultancy Services then focused on evaluating my analytical abilities before the process concluded with an engaging conversation with the CEO, who was both approachable and intellectually stimulating.
What stood out most was the efficiency and clarity of the process, even during the holiday season. From the first interview to the final round, communication was clear and timely, making the experience seamless and professional. Each interview presented a unique challenge, creating a rewarding opportunity to showcase my skills and engage with a highly intelligent and personable team. Overall, the process was rigorous but extremely well-run, reflecting the company’s dedication to thoughtful hiring practices.
