Best interview process I have ever gone through. First a recruiter reaches out and asks all the screening questions. Then you are given an assignment. This assignment is extremely relevant to the work of a frontend web developer and would probably be no problem for anyone with experience in that field. If it is, they encourage you to search for the answers (again, relevant to real world experience). Then you speak with a hiring manager who checks fit as well as basic technical competency. After that, there is a conversation with a VP about culture and fit. Everyone from the recruiter to the VP was friendly and helpful. Plus, they move extremely quickly.
