I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Quantum Metric (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2021
Interview
Overall I was extremely pleased and impressed with the genuine and heart felt conversations with all my interviews. Unfortunately, the newly hired CRO was an utter embarrassment as his interview was truly offensive in his disrespect for a tenured sales rep. I was asked only for my previous attainment and names and numbers of the people in my prior sales wins. This interview was totally out of character with the other interviews. He did my a favor by revealing this early. I had all my attainment ready to share with proof which should never be shown. Initial trust is key to attracting quality talent. Very bad experience. Its to bad I think very highly of the company and the rest of the teams. One bad apple can really tarnish a brand.

Question 1
Who are the decision makers in your deals. Names of those people. This was offensive.
Comprehensive process. I believe I had 7 rounds of interviews with different team members and one final round with the CEO. The difficulty of interviews will vary from candidate to candidate, and although 7 rounds seem like a lot, I found it very beneficial. It offers you a chance to speak to people working in different business functions and at different levels of seniority. It really gave me a much better idea of why people joined the company, how they saw the opportunity, and how we would be working together. The process itself seemed much more genuine than any other company I've interviewed with, and I finished the process feeling incredibly motivated, excited and also valued.
