I agree with other people here that the recruiter was oddly unprofessional. I thought I had really good conversations with the actual team only to be let go after the fourth round. A huge time suck, I really don’t think there needs to be that many stages. I spent so long on my presentation to give them only to be ghosted after that interview. I had to reach out to the recruiter for an update, to which she then said I didn’t move forward. After all that time wasted, it’s unacceptable to ghost a candidate at that stage. Very unprofessional and they seem a little elitist.
