I applied in-person. I interviewed at Qualtrics in Sept 2021
Interview
I have applied at Qualtrics multiple times. The first 2-3 attempts have been automatic rejections I was finally contacted and had a phone call with the recruiter that went very well. The recruiter indicated she would pass my resume along to the hiring manager however I received a rejection email an hour later. For the most recent position I met all the requirements and have made it further in the interview process at multiple companies. As other reviews have suggested it’s very difficult to be seriously considered at Qualtrics as an external candidate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your background and understanding of the role, why you are interested etc.
Apply online and then you are contacted by a recruiter. After initial screening you move into a group screening. Basic background questions and why you think you would be a good fit. After group you then move into further interviews with higher ranking executives. You could end up talking to at minimum six people during the entire process. If any one of them feels that you aren't a fit then you are no longer being considered immediately. Know your GPA from college as its going to be asked and they really want to know. How this translates to your ability to sale I don't understand, but to each their own.
